This is a past event

This 20-minute tour focuses on Jean-Francois Millet's famed painting of peasant labor, Man with a Hoe. From shocking Paris at its debut in 1863, to inspiring politically charged poetry that critiqued oppressive labor conditions, the painting from its beginning has suggested a great reckoning to come.

Tours are first come, first served. Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot at the Information Desk.

This tour will not be held Thanksgiving Weekend, November 23–26, 2023.
