Join us for a night of wonderment as Getty Research Institute curator David Brafman unveils rare material from Special Collections and shares secrets to decoding esoteric symbolism in art history. Author Jessica Hundley and designer Nic Taylor join the conversation to share a first look at an original reprinting of Manly P. Hall's 1928 tome, The Secret Teachings of All Ages (TASCHEN, 2022). The evening will be paired with themed cocktails and appetizers to surprise and delight.

David Brafman is associate curator of manuscripts at the Getty Research Institute.

Jessica Hundley is an author, editor and creative director. She is the series editor for TASCHEN Publications' multivolume collection The Library of Esoterica, which explores the visual history of Tarot, astrology, and other esoteric traditions.

Nic Taylor is a partner in the creative studio Thunderwing, with projects across film, music, publishing, branding, and fashion. He is a designer for numerous TASCHEN publications, including the Library of Esoterica series.
