Orange County’s Burger Records, whose prolific distribution of irreverent jangly garage-rock and exuberant surf and pop music, largely through cassettes, has become a phenomenon among SoCal youth. In a special festival format, it presents The Muffs, The Garden, Jessie Jones, Gap Dream, and VAJJ.
