An Afternoon Adventure with Cornelia Funke

Children's author Cornelia Funke reads her latest story about William Dampier—pirate, adventurer, explorer, and ghost—and his encounters with other ghosts and spirits at the Getty Center. Following the reading are a book signing with the author and a special children's tour of the Getty Research Institute's exhibition A Kingdom of Images: French Prints in the Age of Louis XIV, 1660–1715. Recommended for families and kids ages 8 and up.
