The Getty Center is a great place to visit as a group. Groups of more than 15 people must make a group reservation—we can help you arrange a tour and suggest group dining options. Reservations are required for vehicles that seat more than 15 people.
If you would like a free, guided tour, please make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Tours are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking and Drop-offs
While admission is free, there is a fee for parking. Please pay in advance by check or credit card.

Registered nonprofit organizations are exempt from parking fees for oversize vehicles (not for cars). Please provide a valid Federal Tax ID number when making the reservation.
Passenger drop-offs are permitted with reservations. For safety, please do not load or unload on Sepulveda Boulevard.
Group Dining Options
The Getty Center has two cafes that offer affordable and healthy options for groups. A formal restaurant provides stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Coffee carts also provide prepared sandwiches, drinks, and sweets. Learn more about food options at the Getty Center.

There are many picnic locations at the Getty Center for groups to sit and eat together. Tables and chairs are available on the Garden Terrace, and the lawn in the Central Garden is a great place for a picnic.
For an elegant, private catered lunch, the Private Dining Room can seat up to 54 people. The room is located above the Restaurant, and has stunning views of the city and mountains. For reservations call (310) 440-6213.
