Parking Deal

Get same-day parking at both the Getty Center and the Getty Villa for one $15 fee. (Offer not valid on Mondays or Tuesdays.)

To obtain a coupon good for same-day complimentary parking at the other site, visit the Museum Information Desk at the Center or the Villa.

Driving between the Center and the Villa usually takes 20–45 minutes, depending on traffic.

Arriving by Car or Motorcycle

The only entrance to the Getty Villa is from the northbound right-hand lane of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Turning left across PCH is illegal and you are not permitted to enter the site via Coastline Drive.

You cannot park anywhere other than the Getty Villa as a condition of the Conditional Use Permit issued by the City of Los Angeles. Walk-in visitors will not be permitted to enter the site unless they arrive by public bus and have the bus driver hole-punch their tickets.

Arriving by Bicycle

Bicyclists can park for free at the Pacific Coast Highway gate.

Arriving by Taxi

Taxis can drop off and pick up passengers at a designated area.

Ask your driver to pull into the Villa entrance gate and to tell staff that they are dropping off or picking up a passenger.

Once staff confirms each person being dropped off has a Villa ticket, passenger drop-offs are permitted. Staff will direct the driver to the drop-off/pick-up area.

Do not have the driver drop you off outside the Getty Villa entrance. Due to our Conditional Use Permit with the City of Los Angeles, walk-in visitors are not permitted to enter the site unless they arrive by public bus and have the bus driver hole-punch their tickets.
