About
During the summer, visiting K–12 groups experience gallery explorations led by interns from the Teen Gallery Guides (TGG) program. TGG-led tours offer fresh perspectives and relatable voices that make art feel fun and approachable.
TGG interns are paid high school summer interns from across Los Angeles who are trained and mentored by Getty Education colleagues. Interns lead field trip groups through the collections for a fun 45-minute exploration of their favorite pieces, creating a memorable visit.
Summer tours are open to schools, youth camps and programs, and nonprofit organizations serving K–12 audiences. Bus funding is available for eligible schools and organizations serving Title 1 school communities.
