For one weekend only at the Getty Villa’s auditorium, Theatre Movement Bazaar and Getty present the premiere of Delphi, a new musical comedy for a special Valentine’s Day experience. The love between old friends and the survival of their beloved Delphi is put to the test as a re-kindled attraction stokes new desires. At Delphi, when you love someone you’ll do just about anything. Tickets are available for $35 and include sweet treats and a glass of bubbly after the show. Performances take place on February 13, 14, and 15 at 7pm.

At XOXO, The Guerrilla Girls: Valentines for a Feminist Future at the Getty Center, you are invited to write letters, postcards, or fan mail to the cause of your choosing. Whether you want to celebrate, critique, or call for change, you’ll leave with your own activist correspondence ready to seal with a kiss, and a renewed sense of how creativity can fuel resistance. This program complements the exhibition How to Be a Guerrilla Girl. Join the event on Saturday, Feb 14 from 12–3pm with a free ticket reservation to the Getty Center.

The Getty Center’s Restaurant and Trellis Bar & Lounge will debut a special menu and cocktail selection for Valentine’s Day weekend. Couples, friends, and family can enjoy iced Kusshi oysters from British Columbia, a pink Caesar made with rosa del veneto and shrimp, and a delicious surf and turf dish made with pan roasted wagyu and lobster radiatorre pasta. Dessert offerings include a raspberry-lychee-rose entremet or the chef’s choice of assorted treats including strawberry covered chocolate, a caramel chocolate truffle, a hazelnut crunch bonbon, and a black truffle butter madeleine.

Cocktails, which will be available at both the Restaurant and Trellis Bar, include “Red Hot Lovers,” made with orange vodka, cinnamon red-hot candies, cranberry juice, combier, and lime, and also the “Dirty Cupid,” made with Luxardo cherry liqueur, prosecco, Luxardo cherries, and red rose syrup. These menus will be offered Friday, February 13 for lunch, and Saturday, February 14 for lunch and dinner, along with the Restaurant’s regular lunch and dinner options.

The museum’s architecture and gardens are visually stunning settings for a romantic date any time of the year, with tours available daily.
