Pulling from the Getty Research Institute’s vast archive of video art, the GRI and Now Instant present a one-night screening marking the 2nd anniversary of the theater's Chinatown location, and highlighting the landscape of Los Angeles video art. Co-curated by Ted Gerike and Sam Raphael of Now Instant, and Lauren Ardis of the GRI.
The program will run approximately 52 minutes and be shown twice, consecutively, with opening remarks from Glenn Phillips, GRI Chief Curator.

Now Instant is a cinema and bookstore in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Founded in 2018, Now Instant organizes public screenings, readings, performances, and events, with a focus on moving image work.
