To celebrate the release of The Godfather Notebook, Francis Ford Coppola's meticulous road map he referred to daily while directing The Godfather (1972), Coppola comes to the Getty to discuss the creative process of turning Mario Puzo's bestselling novel into one of the 20th century's most celebrated films. Elvis Mitchell, host of KCRW's "The Treatment," talks to Coppola about directing and writing the screenplay for an iconic masterpiece.
