How often do you see a one–person show by an artist of color?

Have you ever wished that the art world was more informed and knowledgeable about works created by artists of color? Observations have led us to feel that it is time to reverse art world apartheid, which misrepresents a multiethnic and multracial culture.

PESTS, an anonymous artists organization aims to publicize the myopia of the art establishment. Through our future activities we plan to generate positive interest in artists of color, overriding past neglect and misrepresentation.

Our immediate goals are to publicize the serious omission and de facto censorship practiced by galleries, museums, and art publications. As a person of conscience, you must have reflected on these issues and wished you had been presented with a broader and more accurate view.
