The Palmyra Portrait Project: Preserving Cultural Heritage in a Time of Conflict

Her international Palmyra Portrait Project seeks to document more than 3,000 sculptures, part of this oasis city’s unique cultural heritage, which is currently at risk from the Syrian Civil War.
