Sjablonen gebruikt men om elektronische of papieren documenten aan te maken met een voorgeschreven en vaste structuur, bijvoorbeeld standaardbrieven, pagina's in gedrukte media en HTML-pagina's van een website. |

Der Zweck von Vorlagen liegt in der Erzeugung von Inhalten entsprechend eines vorgeschriebenen und reproduzierbaren Schemas für elektronische oder analoge Medien. Beispiele für die Verwendung von Vorlagen sind die Erzeugung von Formbriefen, Formatvorlagen und HTML-Seiten einer Website. |
