| Spanish ..... Roca metamórfica compuesta en gran medida de cuarzo granular cementado con sílice que forman una masa homogénea de alta resistencia a la tensión y al aplastamiento. Se utiliza especialmente como piedra de construcción, como gravilla en construcción de carreteras y como agregado en hormigón.
