Dutch ..... Genus van ongeveer zeven soorten sierbomen die inheems zijn in Eurazië en Noord-Amerika. De bomen hebben een ruwe, schilferige schors en dunne, doorschijnende groene bladeren met harige bladstengels. De hopachtige groene vruchten bestaan uit een groot aantal blaarachtige schubben die elk een kleine platte noot bevatten.
