| Arabic ..... خشب على شكل قطع طويلة، واسعة، منشورة بشكل مربع، ناعمة، مسطحة. يتميز اللوح الخشبي عادة بكونه طول الخشب المنشور للبناء أو لأغراض أخرى بسمك يتراوح من بوصتين إلى ست بوصات، وعرض تسع بوصات أو أكثر، وطوله ثمانية أقدام أو أكثر. |
| Chinese (traditional) ..... 指鋸成長而寬之方形平坦片段的平滑木材，比「木板」厚。通常厚木板的特點是將原木材依照建築或其他用途需要，鋸成厚度為二到六英吋，寬度為九英吋或更寬，長度為八英尺或更長的尺寸。 |
