Third Anglo-Mysore War (Anglo-Indian history, 1790-1792)

Note: Third conflict between the allies of the British East India Company, and Tipu Sultan's kingdom of Mysore, which included the Maratha Empire. The conflict resulted in a considerable loss of Mysore territory. Hostilities were halted with the Treaty of Seringapatam.
