Note: Story of King Cophetua, an African king who lacked sexual attraction to women. However, one day while looking out a palace window, the king spied a young beggar maid, Penelophon, for whom he had immediate attraction. Cophetua vowed that he would either take the beggar girl as his wife or commit suicide.
