Judgment of Paris (Greco-Roman narrative)

Note: One of the events that led up to the Trojan War. Paris deliberates over which is the fairest of three goddesses: Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite (in Roman legend, Juno, Minerva, and Venus). The coveted prize is a golden apple; Paris’s decision is in favor of the goddess of love.
