The entire idea of presenting the artwork is very good.

Stunning web site—worthy of the illuminations themselves. Even easier to see than in person with all the details, zooming capability, and the explicit texts. A wonderful adjunct to any classroom lecture! Wish I were there—this is a favorite area of mine.

An exceptional site! The Zoomify tool is beautifully utilized. The dual window configuration is an especially welcome feature, as it allowed me (on a slower connection) to read and view important information while images continued to resolve themselves. A very pleasant Web experience, indeed. And the illuminations...magnificent!

This is a tremendously well-presented art history display of Renaissance on the Internet. For the majority who are unable to visit every cultural event and exhibition this is as good as it gets...This Getty exhibition has proved the point. Thank you for extending the privilege of seeing something special.

This is way cool. I am so pleased you can see art up close. I wish the viewer was bigger or even full screen.

I will be sure to mark on my calendar to visit this exhibit. The Renaissance was one of my favorite periods of history to read about and I will be sure to enjoy seeing exactly how they made it happen.
