Short Citation*
Page Reference
Published Reproductions
The categories in this section provide a means to cite
bibliographic references pertaining to the group or item. Cataloguing
may take either of two approaches. The rudimentary one is to use a
simple free-text note for citations within entries. A more advanced
approach is to implement a bibliographic authority file, a master
file of full, authority-controlled citations. Maintaining such an
authority eliminates the need to give full citations in every
Group/Item entry.
