Berensohn, Paulus (American potter and dancer, 1933-2017)

Note: Berensohn began as a dancer in New York City, taking classes with Merce Cunningham and working as a demonstrator in classes taught by Martha Graham. In the 1950s he became interested in pottery and began a lifelong practice of it, teaching classes and advocating for "deep ecology" and the deprofessionalization of art. |
