Lowestoft Porcelain Factory (English porcelain manufactory, 1757-1802)

Note: English ceramics manufactory founded by Robert Browne in 1751. The factory produced soft-paste porcelain that included bone-ash, which is chemically similar to Bow porcelain.The main painters were John Redgrave, Richard Powles, and Robert Allen. Production included tablewares, tea caddies, inkwells, in addition to child and animal ornaments until the factory closed in 1802.
