Hains, Raymond (French sculptor, collagist, and photographer, 1926-2005)

Note: He studied at the School of fine Art in Rennes and was a founding member of the French Nouveaux Réalistes group. He is known for exhibiting distressed posters, called "décollages," which were found pieces extricated from public locations. He also created photographic works with distorting lenses that he called Hypnagogic Photographs, and sculptural objects.
