Marvel, Thomas S. (American architect, 1935-2015, active in Puerto Rico)
|
Note: American architect active throughout the Caribbean. He designed the American embassies in Costa Rica and Guatemala and worked extensively in Puerto Rico, where he was a resident from 1959. He received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth in 1956, then enrolled in the Graduate School of Design at Harvard. In 1958 he left Harvard to work with R. Buckminster Fuller, the uncle of his wife. |
