Moscoso, Victor (American graphic artist, born 1936)
|
Note: Studied at the Cooper Union and Yale under Josef Albers. In 1959 he relocated to San Francisco and attended the San Francisco Art Institute, where he later taught. From 1966 he begins producing posters for rock concerts in a 'psychedelic' style that incorporated intensely stylized lettering and images in vibrant colors. It is for this work that he his best known. |
