Hierarchy of Hyperion (moon)  Hyperion (moon)

Note: Hyperion is the largest irregularly shaped natural satellite ever observed, even though it is one Saturn's smaller moons. Its highly irregular shape suggest it was bombarded with meteors, which blew part of this moon away. Its eccentric orbit makes it subject to gravitational forces from Saturn, and its rotational period varies from one orbit to the next.
