Gebruik de term 'vervalsingen (1)' of 'vervalsingen (2)' wanneer het de opzet is om met de kopie personen te misleiden. Gebruik de termen 'replica's' of 'versies' wanneer meer dan één gelijksoortig werk wordt geproduceerd door dezelfde maker. |
German ..... Bezieht sich auf ein Objekt, das von einem originalen Objekt abgeleitet oder ihm nachgebildet wurde. Die Bezeichnung impliziert geringere und nachlässigere Genauigkeit als bei dem Begriff "Reproduktion". Bei Täuschungsvorsatz ist "Fälschung" zu verwenden. Wird mehr als ein ähnliches Werk vom gleichen Hersteller gemacht ist "Replik" oder "Version" zu verwenden. |
Spanish ..... Úsese para objetos derivados de, o hechos para asemejarse a objetos originales ya existentes. Implica una imitación menos precisa y fiel que a la que se refiere el término "reproducción”. Cuando las copias son presentadas con la intención de engañar, usar "falsificación” u "objeto falsificado”. Cuando más de una obra similar es producida por el mismo creador, usar "réplica” o "versión”. |
