Note: A name of convenience for a type of rug characterized by maritime scenes in the corners, so called because the ships appear to be European manned by seamen in Portuguese or Dutch style clothing; the rugs are made with a cotton foundation with asymmetrical and some jufti knotting.

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 一種在四個角落呈現航海景象的毯子之簡稱，命名由來是因為畫面中的船看起來像是歐洲船，水手衣著呈現葡萄牙或荷蘭風格。毯子材質以棉花為主，以不對稱手法織成，間或打有伽傅提結（jufti）。

| Dutch ..... Kleden met in de hoeken maritieme taferelen. Ze worden zo genoemd omdat de schepen, waarschijnlijk Europees, zijn bemand met mariniers in Portugese of Hollandse kleding. De kleden hebben een basis van katoen met asymmetrisch knoopwerk en een stuk jufti knoopwerk. |
| Spanish ..... Un nombre convencional para un tipo de alfombra caracterizado por escenas marítimas en las esquinas, también llamadas así porque las naves parecen ser europeas tripuladas por marineros vestidos a la usanza portuguesa u holandesa; las alfombras se hacen con una base de algodón con asimétrico y algún nudo jufti. |
