Note: Refers to the culture of the modern nation of Finland, or in general to cultures that have occupied the area of northern Europe, south of Norway and east of the Gulf of Bothnia. It may also be used to refer specifically to the culture of the historical Finns, who are generally understood to have been the Suomi or Suomelaisset and who spoke a language of the Ural-Altaic class. It may also refer more widely to the cultures of other peoples closely allied ethnically and linguistically to the Suomi.

Verwijst naar de cultuur van de moderne natiestaat Finland, of meer in het algemeen naar culturen op het grondgebied van Noord-Europa ten zuiden van Noorwegen en ten oosten van de Botnische Golf. De term kan ook specifiek verwijzen naar de cultuur van de historische Finnen, naar algemeen wordt aangenomen de Suomi of Suomelaisset wier taal tot de Oeral-Altaïsche groep behoorde. De term kan in ruimere zin ook betrekking hebben op de culturen van andere volken die etnisch en linguïstisch nauw verwant zijn met de Suomi. |
| Spanish ..... Se refiere a la cultura de la nación moderna de Finlandia o en general a las culturas que han ocupado el área de Europa del norte, el sur de Noruega y este del Golfo Bothnia. También puede usarse para referirse específicamente a la cultura de los habitantes históricos de Filandia que generalmente se sobreentiende por haber sido los Suomi o Suomelaisset y quienes hablaron un idioma de la clase Ural-Altaic.
