Note: Known as the earliest cursive writing in China, it appeared during the Eastern Han (25-220 CE) as an abbreviated form of clerical script. Though the strokes within a single character are connected together, each character stands alone without linking to another. The brushstrokes still preserve characteristics of clerical script. |

Dutch ..... Dit vroegste cursieve schrift ontstond tijdens de Oostelijke Han-dynastie (25-220 n.Chr.) als een verkorte vorm van het klerkenschrift. De halen binnen een karakter zijn met elkaar verbonden, maar elk karakter staat op zichzelf en heeft geen verbinding met een ander. De penseelstreken hebben kenmerken van het klerkenschrift behouden. |
