Wordt gebruikt voor gebouwen die na het begin van de 19e eeuw werden gebouwd, en niet alleen op boerderijen, voor het gemechaniseerd verwerken, bewaren of verkopen van melk en melkproducten. Te onderscheiden van 'zuivelbedrijven' door de mechanisatie. Gebruik liever 'melkhuizen' voor aanvullende gebouwen voor de landbouw die vooral worden gebruikt voor de zorg voor melk, met weinig of geen mechanisatie. |

Edificio construido después de los inicios del siglo XIX, que no se encuentra únicamente en las granjas, destinado al procesamiento mecanizado, al almacenaje o a la venta de leche y sus productos derivados. Se diferencia de "lechería (no mecanizada)" por el uso de mecanización. Para edificios agícolas subsidiarios dedicados principalmente al cuidado de la leche, frecuentemente con una pequeña o ninguna mecanización, prefiera "lechería". |
