Dutch ..... Een vorm van elektronenmicroscopie waarin de elektronenstraal door een zeer dun monster gaat, waardoor sommige elektronen afgekaatst of verstrooid worden. Deze worden vervolgens met magnetische lenzen op een scherm of een fotografisch plaatje gericht. Deze techniek wordt gebruikt om de interne structuur van bijvoorbeeld cellen of weefsels in beeld te brengen. |
