| Dutch ..... Familie met één bestaand genus van 35 soorten bomen en struiken die inheems zijn op het zuidelijk halfrond. Voorheen beschouwde men ze als leden van de familie Fagaceae, maar genetisch onderzoek heeft uitgewezen dat ze van de soorten uit die familie verschillen. Daarom zijn ze tegenwoordig ondergebracht in de familie der Nothofagaceae. |
