| Dutch ..... Woningen, gewoonlijk bescheiden van omvang, waarvan alle vertrekken zich op één verdieping bevinden. Elke flat heeft een afzonderlijke buitendeur. De term kan ook worden gebruikt voor gebouwen met een zeker aantal van dergelijke woningen. De Engelse term dateert van het einde van de 19de of het begin van de 20ste eeuw. |
| Portuguese ..... Apartamentos de um andar, geralmente modestos, cada um com uma entrada externa; também pode ser usado para edifícios com um pequeno número de unidades e geralmente datando do final do século XIX ou início do século XX. Uso geralmente americano. |
