| Note: The Olinda Water Tower was built between 1934 and 1937 to address the water supply problem in the city's higher elevations. The structure, shaped like a white cube and as tall as a six-story building, has a monolithic appearance softened by the presence of "cobogós", which lend permeability to the facade. | |

A estrutura, em forma de um cubo branco e com altura equivalente a um edifício de seis pavimentos, apresenta aparência de monólito que é suavizada pela presença dos cobogós, os quais conferem permeabilidade à fachada. |
