| Note: Project to visualize a protest against the proposed third runway at London's Heathrow Airport. Instead of designing a permanent structure, the project called for a temporary, large-scale installation using helium balloons to occupy the airspace above properties on the proposed runway path; balloons represented houses, farm animals, and other features of the landscape, and were designed to create a visible, fragile form of resistance that would interfere with air traffic. | |
