Note: The Little Theater was built in 1912 by architects Harry Creighton Ingalls and Francis Burrall Hoffman, featuring neo-Colonial styling. It is located at 238-244 West 44th Street, New York, and was commissioned by Winthrop Ames, a Broadway producer whose architectural background and theatrical knowledge allowed him to contribute to the theater's design. From 1917 to 1920, the theater was remodeled by architect Herbert J. Krapp. Additionally, after being sold in July 1983, the Little Theater was renamed the Helen Hayes Theater.
