Note: Located in: New York, New York, United States; Former park, was the first park on the site now occupied by Bryant Park. Formerly a potter’s field became a public park in 1847, so-called "Reservoir Park" due to its proximity to the Croton Distributing Reservoir. Reservoir Square contained the New York Crystal Palace, housing the Exhibition of the Industry of All Nations in 1853, burned down in 1858.
