| Note: Fragment of an Apulian bell krater depicting the partial figure of Scylla. She holds a conch shell in her right hand and a trident in her left. Dolphins appear in the water before her. Parts of other figures are above and in front of her, consisting of drapery patterned with stars and a wing, and the right leg and partial chest of a bull. From Scylla's waist emerge the foreparts of a goat and a dog, and part of her scaly tail is preserved behind her. The piece is composed of three joined fragments, with some area of fill. | |
