Boyer de Nîmes, II, 127 (137); The satirical print of the Marquis de La Fayette was announced by the Journal de la cour et de la ville on October 31, 1791; A centaur drops a key, galloping past a sign inscribed "Jugement DE Mr DE FAVRAS &c. &c. &c." and a pillar with a medallion inscribed "Dormez tranquile, je répons de tout, 5 et 6 8.bre 1789," which is topped by three decapitated heads. A liberty cap is attached to the tail of the horse; Forms part of: Prints of the French Revolution, 1774-ca. 1840 (Special Collections, accn. no. P980009*). Publiation: [Paris : Webert, 1791].
