Salvati, Paolo (Italian painter, 1939-2014)
|
Note: Known as one of the leading figurative artists of poetic art, his works are characterized by an intense chromatic tone as a metaphorical depiction of the inner world of man. He had many exhibitions on the 1960s and 1970s, and since 1980, he has been a member of One Hundred Painters of via Margutta. He was honored with the title of Knight O.M.R.I. in 2012. Salvati died in Rome on 24 June 2014. |
