Note: Refers to the culture in northern Europe dating from late 5th millennium BCE and beyond; named for the distinctive vessels that are sometimes shaped like funnels. Although the culture is classified as early Neolithic, it has much in common with the late Mesolithic. The culture varies from region to region, but it is generally characterized by early domestication of animals and plants, polished stone and flint tools, collared flasks, buckets, bowls, funnel beakers decorated with horizontal and vertical grooves, and megalithic burial monuments in some regions.

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 指稱出現於北歐的文化與陶器風格，可追溯至西元前5000至西元前4000年間的晚期階段，以其有時似漏斗的獨特陶器加以命名。雖然此種文化被歸類為新石器時代的早期，其與中石器時代的晚期文化間有著許多共通之處。此種文化雖因地區的不同而有所差異，但是一般而言，其共同特徵是很早就已經在家中飼養動物與栽種植物、拋光的石器與燧石工具、有著頸圈的長頸陶瓶、陶桶、陶碗、以平行與垂直的溝槽所裝飾而成的漏斗形陶器，以及可見於部分地區的巨石幕葬建物。 |

Verwijst naar de cultuur en aardewerkstijl die al in het noorden van Europa wordt aangetroffen vanaf het eind van het 5de millennium v Chr. en is genoemd naar de kenmerkende, soms trechtervormige vazen. Hoewel de cultuur wordt geclassificeerd als vroeg-neolithisch, vertoont deze veel overeenkomsten met de laat-mesolithische stijl. De cultuur verschilt per regio, maar wordt over het algemeen gekenmerkt door vroege domesticatie van dieren en planten, gepolijst (vuur)stenen gereedschap, flessen met halzen, manden, potten, trechterbekers verfraaid met verticale en horizontale groeven en in sommige regio’s megalithische grafmonumenten. |

Se refiere la cultura y estilo de cerámica evidente en Europa del norte ya desde fines del quinto milenio a.C., y denominada por los vasos distintivos que a veces se forman como embudos. Aunque la cultura es clasificada como Neolítico Temprano, tiene mucho en común con el Mesolítico Tardío. La cultura varía de región en región, pero generalmente se caracteriza por la domesticación temprana de animales y plantas, herramientas de pedernal, frascos con cuello, cubos, cuencos, vasos con pico en embudo decorados con surcos horizontales y verticales, y monumentos de entierro megalíticos en algunas regiones. |
