Note: A subtractive color reversal process using a film with an integral tripack of black-and-white emulsions, each layer sensitized to a separate primary color. The film contains no dyes; the color developing agents and color couplers are supplied in development, each layer being dyed and bleached separately by carefully controlled processing through three machines, with separate drying between each machine. For Capstaff's two-color Kodachrome process, use "two-color processes."

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 一種將減色混合過程反轉的攝影技法，所用膠片含有三層黑白感光乳劑膜層，每一分層會對其中一種原色感光。膠片中不含染料，顯影過程中才加入顯色劑和耦合劑，以三台操控精密的機器輪流處理每一分層的染色和漂白，每經過一台機器處理之後，要等分層晾乾才送入下一台機器。至於卡普斯塔夫（Capstaff）所發明的雙色柯達彩色呈色法則稱為「雙色呈色法」。 |
| Dutch ..... Een subtractief kleurveranderingsproces waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van een film met een integraal tripack van zwart-wit emulsies, waarbij elke laag gevoelig is gemaakt voor een andere primaire kleur. De film bevat geen verfstoffen; de kleurenontwikkelagens en kleurenkoppelaars worden bij de ontwikkeling toegevoegd, waarbij elke laag apart wordt geverfd en gebleekt door zorgvuldig gecontroleerde ontwikkeling door drie machines, met aparte droging tussen elke machine. Gebruik 'tweekleurenprocédés' voor het tweekleuren-Kodachrome procédé. |
| Spanish ..... Un proceso sustractivo usando una película tricolor, en su primera etapa no incorporaba formadores decolor en sus caoas de emulsión. Para procesos Capstaff' los dos colores del Kodachrome, utilizan "dos procesos del color.” |
