Note: Trademarked name for a series of glues and impregnating resins made from urea, melamine and/or phenol with formaldehyde. In conservation, Kauramin (TM) impregnating resins are used for consolidation of archaeological wood.
Dutch ..... Merknaam voor een reeks lijmen en impregnerende harsen, gemaakt van ureum, melamine en/of fenol met formaldehyde. In de conserveringswetenschap wordt Kauramin (TM) gebruikt voor het consolideren van archeologisch hout.
