Note: Referes to the style of Shinto architecture that developed during the Yayoi period (ca. 300 BCE to ca. 300 CE). The style is characterized by a type of shrine with features suggestive of residential architecture of the Kofun period (ca. 300-710), such as columns set directly into the ground, a gable roof, and floors raised high above the earth and accessible by stairs at the gable end.

Chinese (traditional) ..... 指彌生時代(西元前約300年至西元約300年)間發展出的日本神道教建築風格。此時期特色的神社具有古墳時代(西元約300年至710年)居家建築的特徵,例如直接埋入地底的圓柱、三角牆、高聳而可由三角牆樓梯登入的樓層。 
Dutch ..... Verwijst naar de stijl van de Shinto-architectuur die zich ontwikkelde tijdens de Yayoi-periode (circa 300 v. Chr. tot circa 300). De stijl kenmerkt zich door een soort tempel die kenmerken vertoonde die in de woningarchitectuur van de Kofun-periode (circa 300 tot 710) worden teruggevonden, zoals de pilaren die direct op de grond werden geplaatst, een geveldak, en vloeren die hoog boven de grond lagen en toegankelijk waren via trappen in de puntgevel. 
Spanish ..... Referese al estilo de la arquitectura de Shinto que se convirtió durante el período de Yayoi ( 300 aC.. al 300 dC). El estilo es caracterizado por un tipo de capilla con las características sugestivas de la arquitectura residencial del período de Kofun (ca 300-710), por ejemplo las columnas fijadas directamente en la tierra, una azotea de punta, y los pisos sobre la tierra y accesible por las escaleras en el extremo.
