As a Library Grant Recipient you will have access to the Research Library from 8:30am to 9pm every day, excluding major holidays. All Special Collections materials must be viewed in the Special Collections Reading Room, which is open 9:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please make your Research Library contact aware of your final travel plans as soon as possible in order for them to reserve a seat for you in the Reading Room. As you probably know, the Research Library's online catalog is available at http://primo.getty.edu. If you can provide your Research Library contact with a list of accession numbers and box numbers for the specific materials you wish to see, they will have the materials ready for you when you arrive.
