Thank you to the Getty for an excellent and educational show. It was exciting to learn about two approaches to painting after the Renaissance and how each affected similar subject matter.

It is such a great pleasure to have the Getty Museum so close. The level of excellance and opportunities it offers all visitors is more than great. It is wonderful. Thank you Mr. Getty

I was quite taken by the discussion of realism versus idealism in the exhibition. I clearly preferred the more realist works. However, I also recognize that this is the same conflict modern photographers face when deciding how much to edit images with such tools as photoshop. My thanks for hosting the exhibition. I have recommended visiting it to our camera club members!

I was absolutely blown away by the collection of paintings in the Baroque exhibit. The paintings were exquisite and breathtaking. The vast variety of work showcased magnificent artists, such as Barbieri, Reni, and Franceschini. I absolutely loved the collection of paintings based off of Ovid's work—I asked one of my professors if I could write one of my papers based on the paintings I observed in this exhibit. This exhibit was extremely memorable.
