Gospel of Saint Luke (Bible, sacred text)

Note: Third of the four canonical Gospels. It tells of the origins, birth, ministry, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. Traditionally, the author is Saint Luke. In scholarship, the Gospel of Luke and Acts of the Apostles are seen as a single work from the same pen, called "Luke–Acts."
