Getty Publications looks forward to welcoming you to the 2006 AAUP Production and Design Managers' Meeting, to be held May 3–6 in Santa Monica. Appealing to both production and design staff, the program will include lively sessions on eco paper, wrapping the book, legal issues on the use and alteration of art for printed media and the Web, as well as other engaging subjects. A new approach to the roundtable discussion will surely be a highlight of the meeting. Rounding out the activities will be a welcoming reception, a reception at the Getty Center, and an optional visit to the newly renovated Getty Villa in Malibu. The meeting location is only minutes from the wide Pacific beaches and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions.
